The quality and flavour of our sausages are renowned in homes across Ireland. Our sausages are all hand made using the best quality pork from our family farm.

We use a mixture of the finest cuts of pork, and our sausages are crafted using traditional methods that have been passed down through the generations.

(80%) pork, rusk and seasoning (spices, preservative: sodium sulphite, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, flavour enhancer: E621).

Allergen Information: Gluten from rusk, sulphur dioxide.

Preparation: Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Remove all packaging.

Grill: Place under pre-heated medium grill and cook for approximately 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Shallow fry: Add a tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and fry over a medium heat for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
